Valencia CF have reached an agreement to extend José Luis Gayà's contract through to June 30th, 2027.

An event to mark the club captain's contract extension will be held this Wednesday from 13:30 at the VIP Box at Mestalla, at which he will also speak to the media.

José Luis Gayà (25/05/1995) joined the VCF Academy at the age of 11, rising through the ranks to become an icon for Valencia CF, both on and off the pitch.

The 27 year old was part of the Copa del Rey winning side of 2019, is a full international for Spain and is regarded as one of the best fullbacks in the world. Valencia CF are proud not only with his excellent performances, but also for his representation of the club.
